Interfaith greatly appreciates the support of our partnering faith centers. Our opportunities for putting faith in action and lifting up the community are outstanding. If you would like your faith center to become involved with Interfaith, please contact Faith Liaison Coordinator, Melvin Thomasat (760) 489-6380 ext 266, or by email at mthomas@interfaithservices.org. He is happy to provide tours of Interfaith facilities, and she is always available to visit your faith center and tell you more about Interfaith programs and volunteer opportunities.
Interfaith also has a “Referral for Service” program, in which we will meet with, assess, and assist any parishioner, family, friend, or walk-in that comes to your faith center asking for help. Referred clients can meet with a caseworker at our Escondido or Oceanside offices. Please contact Melvin Thomasfor more information.
Interfaith has monthly General Membership Meetings, held the third Wednesday of each month, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, at Escondido Interfaith office (550 W. Washington Ave., Ste. B, Escondido, CA 92025). The Meetings are a great chance to learn about Interfaith activities, as well as how your faith center can become involved.
