Estimates suggest that San Diego County’s senior population is expected to increase 13% by 2030. While Interfaith believes it’s remarkable seniors are living longer and healthier lives, this increased age expectancy challenges our community to provide the vital social and nutritional services necessary to support the growing number of seniors living in their homes.

Interfaith helps thousands of North County seniors regain stability or maintain their independence as they age though a variety of nutritional and self-sufficiency programs. Our goal is to build a community among seniors while simultaneously enhancing their wellness and food security as they age.
