Front Desk/Administrative Assistant volunteers are the “first face” of Interfaith. They assist Interfaith Receptionists, sort mail and distribute to clients as appropriate, file files, make copies, send faxes, answer phone calls, and create labels for new client files, among other things. Front Desk volunteers gain a lot of exposure to the clientele we serve without working in a direct service setting.
