Teach ESL speaking and listening skills to immigrant low wage earners and day labors using methods that correlate to the students’ needs and educational abilities. Provide dynamic ESL lessons that focus on work and life skills. The instructor will plan the curriculum, daily lessons, and teach English classes using resources from the internet, community, and his/her own resources. NCLC has very limited ESL curricula resources.
