Housing 2019: Our Campaign to End & Prevent Homelessness in San Diego

A letter from Interfaith Community Services CEO, Greg Anglea:

Dear Friends of Interfaith,

Did you know that with your support, last year Interfaith housed 1,198 men, women, and children, including 167 veterans? Your generous support of Interfaith Community Services helped our most vulnerable neighbors find stability and safety.

Recently we announced our goal to do even more. Before next December, Interfaith pledges to end and prevent homelessness for 2,019 individuals. We’re calling it Housing 2019, but it’s about so much more than just housing. It’s about working together. Housing 2019 will prevent homelessness for those facing imminent eviction, end homelessness for those living on the street, and provide effective support for those at risk of homelessness by providing them the tools to stay in their homes.

To learn more about our Housing 2019 campaign, please check out a recent article published by The San Diego Union Tribune.

In order for Housing 2019 to work, we need your support more than ever. Whether you’d like to sign up as a volunteercontribute in-kind goods like household supplies, furniture, food, and hygiene items, or make a generous monetary donation, your impact will make waves throughout our North County community.

To learn more about impact opportunities and the waves of change YOU made with Interfaith last year, please view our most recent Annual Report.

We look forward to changing even more lives with you next year,

Greg Anglea
