Needs of the Week: October 10th

At the beginning of every week, Interfaith will be sharing both an in-kind donation and volunteer project “Need of the Week.” These are currently the items and volunteer projects we need the most assistance with. Give us a call today at (760) 489-6380 ext. 204 to get involved today!

036Volunteer Need of the Week: Client Intake Volunteer

An intake volunteer is essential to the service Interfaith offers to people in the community. With empathy and resourcefulness, an intake volunteer will provide intake, assessment, and referrals for the homeless and low-income population, with the goal of moving clients from crisis to self-sufficiency.

If you are a person with social services experience, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work with a diverse population along with solid values such as honesty, loyalty, sincerity, and reliability, we want YOU!

Interfaith is recruiting for positions in our Escondido headquarters, Coastal Service Center in Oceanside and at our new satellite campus is Poway/Rancho Bernardo.

food-donationIn-Kind Need of the Week: Boxed Mac & Cheese and Canned Tuna

We need your help restocking our emergency food pantry with two items of frequently requested food: boxed macaroni and cheese, and canned tuna.  Whether you hold a food drive to collect in bulk or donate individually, we appreciate your efforts to help Interfaith end hunger!
