Needs of the Week: October 31st

At the beginning of every week, Interfaith will be sharing both an in-kind donation and volunteer project “Need of the Week.” These are currently the items and volunteer projects we need the most assistance with. Give us a call today at (760) 489-6380 ext. 204 to get involved today!

Share your smile and enthusiasm with more than 40 veterans who reside at Merle’s Place, an onsite shelter at Interfaith’s Escondido headquarters. Our Nutrition Center provides three meals a day to these individuals as they work towards self-sufficiency. By helping our cooks prepare and serve breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will provide the residents with nutritious meals that will support them throughout the day as they work towards personal goals related to employment, housing and life skills.

Open shifts vary by time and day of the week.  Please contact us today to see what we have available!

We need your help restocking our emergency food pantry with a frequently requested item: rice.  Whether you hold a food drive to collect in bulk or donate individual boxes or bags, we appreciate your efforts to help Interfaith end hunger!
