Interfaith offers Case Management support to older adults, ages 60 and older, residing in the North Inland and North Coastal San Diego County. Healthcare navigation services are provided to support clients including health care enrollments, connecting with primary care physicians, documentation support, etc. Case Managers provide services in client’s homes or in the office, maintaining close contact and support, empowering individuals to remain as independent as possible in a safe environment.

Rental Assistance
Vista STABLE (Vista Senior Tenant Assistance for Balanced Living & Expenses) offers partial rental assistance to eligible low-income seniors who are currently housed in the City of Vista. The program includes four cohorts, each with ten available spots. Applications for the first cohort are open September 21 through October 26th, 2026. As this is a pilot, future offerings may change depending on funding. Apply using the buttons below.
Who may qualify?
- Be age 65 or older and have a disability
- Live in a rental unit within Vista city limits
- Be the leaseholder or have legal tenancy
- Not currently receive rental assistance from another program
Income and financial requirements:
- Household income is at or below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- More than 60% of gross household income is spent on housing costs
- After the subsidy is applied, housing costs must not exceed 60% of household income
Household assets do not exceed $2,000 for individuals or $3,000 for families.
Minor Home Repair
Number of individuals estimated to be served this year: 225
Qualifications: Must be 60 years or older (or have a disability), a resident of North Inland or North Coastal San Diego County, and receive medium to low-income.
Minor Home Repair is a “fix-it” program primarily focused on the safety and security of homes for older adults and persons with disabilities.
