Interfaith provides case management for individuals and families in need at our Escondido and Carlsbad locations, offering support tailored to each person's situation. Depending on eligibility and availability, this may include transportation assistance, help accessing benefits, vital documents, rental and utility assistance, emergency food, hygiene items, and more.
Through regular meetings, clients and their case managers build a plan together, working toward steady progress and long-term self-sufficiency.
Walk-in hours:
Escondido: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Carlsbad: Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (first come, first served)
